Venue i-GAME Congress & Master class 

The i-GAME congress and master class on cooperative mobility will be held at De Zwarte Doos Filmhouse & Grand Café of the Eindhoven University of Technology, right at the beginning of the University Campus with views on the river Dommel.

The parking space nearest to the Zwarte Doos (building number 4 on the map) is P1. The daily rate for parking at the University Campus is € 7,50.

Ways of traveling to Eindhoven 

FLIGHTS TO AMSTERDAM

Please note that due to runway renovations, Eindhoven Airport will be closed from Monday 30 May until Thursday 16 June. Therefore we advise international visitors attending the i-GAME congress to fly on Amsterdam or Brussels or travel by train to Brussels and Eindhoven.

From Amsterdam Schiphol to Eindhoven

  • Train from Schiphol to Eindhoven= €19,80 p.p. Schiphol station is situated directly below the airport. Via Schiphol Plaza, you can walk straight to the departure or arrival hall. You can travel on NS (the Dutch Railways) with either a single-use chipcard or an OV-chipkaart. Both are available from the yellow ticket machines with the blue overhead sign reading ‘traintickets’.   • Taxi from Schiphol to Eindhoven will cost about €180 (private) or €63 (shared). For more information, please check the Schiphol Traveltaxi website.

From Brussels to Eindhoven

  • Train from Brussels Zaventem to Eindhoven Brussels Airport is connected directly to the major cities in the Netherlands. Up to 16 trains a day will take you to Amsterdam via Dordrecht, Rotterdam and The Hague. When travelling to Eindhoven people are advised to get off in Rotterdam and from there take the train to Eindhoven.   • Train from Brussel Midi (station for Thalys/TGV/Eurostar station) to Eindhoven Please check the NS International website.
